Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Flowtive website at flowtive.ariestayyab46845.workers.dev ("the Site"), downloading any Flowtive product, or completing a purchase, you ("the User") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Site or its products.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and purchasers, regardless of whether you access the Site directly or through a third-party marketplace or payment processor (including Lemon Squeezy).

Products & Pricing

Flowtive currently offers the following products:

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any applicable taxes. Transaction fees charged by the payment processor are not added on top — there are no hidden fees. Flowtive reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

License Grant

Upon completing a valid purchase of PDFToolBox Pro, Flowtive grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to:

• Download and use the product for your personal or internal business purposes
• Install and use the product on any number of devices that you personally own or control
• Retain access to the product file permanently, including all future versions provided under the same purchase

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the paid product file with third parties
• Represent the product as your own creation or remove existing copyright notices
• Use the product in any way that violates applicable law

Free products (PDFToolBox Free, PassForge, PromptVault) are distributed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute them in accordance with that license.

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

All Flowtive products are delivered as instant digital downloads. There is no physical shipment.

• Upon successful payment, your license key and download link will be delivered to your email the same day — typically within minutes of purchase
• Delivery is facilitated through our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). A download link and purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout
• Each product is a self-contained HTML file that runs entirely within your web browser — no installation, no account creation, and no internet connection is required after download
• If you do not receive your download link within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at thelastride1825@gmail.com and we will resolve it promptly

Refund Policy

Please note the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Lemon Squeezy and may take 5–10 business days to appear
• Once a refund is issued, your license to use the paid product is revoked and you must delete any downloaded copies
• Free products are not subject to any refund policy as no payment is involved

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use any Flowtive product or the Site for any of the following purposes:

• Any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Processing, storing, or transmitting content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of the paid product in order to redistribute it commercially (note: free tools are already open source under MIT)
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation when contacting Flowtive support
• Using automated tools to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site

Intellectual Property

All content on the Flowtive website, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, and product code (except where explicitly noted as MIT-licensed), is the property of Flowtive and its creator, Tayyab, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Flowtive name, logo, and product names (PassForge, PromptVault, PDFToolBox) are trademarks of Flowtive. You may not use them without prior written permission except to accurately refer to the products.

Open-source components used within the products are governed by their respective licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, etc.) as noted within the product files.

Privacy & Data

Flowtive is built on an offline-first, zero-telemetry architecture. This section describes what data is and is not collected.

What we do NOT collect:

• No files, documents, or passwords you process using any Flowtive tool are ever transmitted to a server — all processing occurs locally in your browser
• No usage analytics, error logs, or behavioural tracking are embedded in any product
• No cookies are set by the products themselves

What we do collect:

• When you make a purchase, your email address and payment information are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment processor. Flowtive receives only your email address and order confirmation for the purpose of fulfillment and customer support. Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy governs the handling of payment data
• Standard server access logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) may be retained by our hosting provider (Cloudflare Workers) for security and operational purposes. These are not used for marketing

By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your email address for order fulfillment, receipt delivery, and customer support communications.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Flowtive products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Flowtive does not warrant that:

• The products will be error-free or uninterrupted
• The products will be compatible with every browser, operating system, or device
• Any errors or defects will be corrected, although we will make reasonable efforts to do so

Your use of any Flowtive product is entirely at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring the suitability of the product for your intended use and for maintaining appropriate backups of any data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowtive and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, any Flowtive product — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity.

In no event shall Flowtive’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim (or, for free products, zero dollars).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, the above limitations may not apply to you in their entirety.

Changes to These Terms

Flowtive reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or products after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

For material changes that affect existing purchasers (such as changes to the refund policy), we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via their purchase email address.
